2008 U.S. Junior National Figure Skating Championships

Last weekend I helped Ted Cordingley and Sportsline Photography shoot photos of the 2008 U.S. Junior National Figure Skating Championships in Salt Lake City, UT.  This was a lot of fun with amazing competitors.  It was also a great experience for me to learn how to work these type of sporting events, and work on my fast action photography.  Keeping the focus point on the athlete as they’re turning and twisting is a skill of it’s own.  I wanted to share a few of the images I took, but for the rest of them, including photos taken by all the photographers, go to the on-line proofing page.
