Lake Michigan Sunrise

So I know I’ve posted a few of these shots from two weekends ago, but I finally got around to getting the role of slide film I took developed.  Over the winter I developed a rule and decided to use slide film for sunrises and sunsets, as well as when I needed to really bring out vibrant colors.  Well, I’m glad I came up with that rule.  I got my slides back and I was really impressed with the color in the images.

  2. Fantastic color Nate, that wouldn’t happen to be Velvia would it?

  3. Yup, Velvia 100. It’s been my film of choice for a while now.

  4. Excellent color, love the misty-looking tide. You’re an amazing photographer.
